Dibos is a young adult and he has a smooth, even sounding, British voice. However, later on he is revealed to be a bounty hunter in disguise and his voice changes into a gruffer more American voice. So accent change is definitely favourable - that said if you can make the change in your own voice with just the one accent I'd love that too! It's all about your performance.
