Amalija is carefree and reckless in nature, and, despite her consistent fights with the other members of Magicvale, she is a fiercely loyal and protective friend. She is willing to go down fighting for her friends, regardless of how pointless it might seem. Amalija has a straightforward mind, and often tackles issues with a "hands on'' approach. Her solution to problems often involve violence. Even when disrespected or faced with obvious hostility, Amalija rarely ever reciprocates the feelings, and often forgoes grudge-holding. She is the Shujin of the Fire Dragon Nasnu. Her relationship with him is one of friendship as she has had Nasnu all her life. Due to her reckless nature, and magic power Amalija's fights usually end with widespread destruction. Amalija's love of fighting has allowed her to develop a rather strategic mind, helping her to, on various occasions, find weaknesses in her opponent's techniques, or simply weaknesses her opponents themselves possess. Amalija has also defeated her opponents with pure wit, rather than brute strength. Amalija, befitting her recklessness and love of fighting, never backs out of a fight.
