A dictator with reference to historical dictators, waging wars against the "old system" in order to install the one in their design.
She is also a populist, using the crowd's emotions to make them fight for her.
She must sound persuasive, authoritative, and regal. Preferably, you speak in RP accent for this role, though that is not a must.
(Condescending) Indeed, you should review your beliefs. Because they are the products of a bygone era, obstacles to the bright future in our design.
(Sounding preachy) "He who does not work, neither shall he eat." Never had wiser words been spoken, for until they've been said, slothful fools had dominated this world for millennia, grounding on none but empty titles and inheritance.
(Making a speech) I am your dictator, not the Salvian's, nor the Vici's. I live for you, for I live among you! And I promise you, my brethren, those Emperors and Kings will perish, for they are the few, and we are the many!
