Aaaanyways, I've been a voice actor for about a year now, and it's taken off a lot faster than I expected! I've never performed on stage, but at the same time, I've never stopped performing. Ever since the first time I made everyone in class laugh, I've been chasing the high of attention for my shenanigans.
I've done voices for as long as I can remember, and of course, like every tom dick and harry, I started with impressions and goofy voices. Then someone told me I could make money with this stuff, and I began to actually hone my talent of fucking around.
I also was that one kid that would always volunteer to read in class. So on top of the dozens of scripts I've recorded for youtube channels, I have plenty of legitimate experience with long-form narration ;)
Fun fact: When I was a squeaker on call of duty I used to get so stressed that my voice would never drop and I would never be like the cool adults I played with. Now who's laughin'...*Laughs in baritone*
