The true final boss of the game. Ramirez is a Silvite, just like Fina. He wasn't always a bad guy. He was Fina's only friend, growing up. But something changed him and he became cold and cruel. He serves as the aide of Galcian and is promoted to the sixth Admiral of the Valuan Armada. He is the youngest Admiral in the Armada.
