She is the most powerful character in this show arguably in terms of skill, strength, and aura strength. So with that much power packed into her frame it gives her the right to act like nothing is ever wrong, so she's usually really chill until there's something she can't solve with violence. For her voice just go with soothing and self-assured.
"Jaune, I'm gonna need you to trust me on this okay?"
"Okay, calculate for the angle of descent, wind speed, weight of the target, aaaaaand...fire!" *Jaune says thank you* "You're welcome!"
"Mmm...I'm gonna tap that white boy."
