Drachma is an old salt who seeks revenge on a giant arcwhale known as the Rhaknam. The Rhaknam killed his wife and son and serves as his personal white whale. He's a big, gruff man with an eyepatch and a huge metal prosthetic arm. He rescues Vyse and Aika after their own brush with the Rhaknam and very hesitantly teams up with them. He's very stand-offish towards the party but he does warm up to them later on. He has an airship dubbed the Little Jack, a ship he named after his deceased son.
