Ottie is an alien fugitive with cybernetic enhancements. She’s been on the run from the Time Anomaly Prevention Association for committing various anomalous crimes against Time law, but mainly for the illegal misuse of time travel. She’s clever, but has been known to let her ego get the better of her. Not to mention, she’s got quite the attitude.

“Well well well. If it isn’t the fun police. Don’t you guys have anything better to do than follow me around? Sheesh, you guys really need to get a hobby”
(Slightly annoyed but cocky) “What’s with you guys and all your Time Law nonsense. You act like the time space continuum will collapse in on itself whenever someone does something you don’t like.”
“(evil chuckle) What’s the matter, 3d glasses? Cat gotcha tongue?”
