Pip is a complete and utter pain in the “you know what”. Summoned from the darkest depths of hell. The only reason Pip is still hanging around the company is because Vince took a liking to his vindictive and vile attitude towards the Monsters. He does not speak anything close to any sort of human language and tends to communicate is growls and disgusting noises, like the gremlins.

Pips voice is high pitch and sounds congested. He communicates mostly in growls though occasionally he likes to make horrible squelching noises too. This will be a "Frank Welker" style role. No words, many sounds.
