A new foe to the Spider-Man line up. Lillian Werster is from a parallels dimension that very closely resembles that of Miguel O'Hara's. She was a business woman working at the bio-sustainable chemical laboratory company Adexiumax. Working late one night she encountered company intel thieves and tried to stop them. Sadly she was wounded by a nerve agent akin to acid that the thieves had thrown to stop her. Though she recovered well she had terribly painful "hideous scars". Through a(n) unknown source in the company she found a special corporate lab secret. A drug that would supposedly cure all biological malformities and diseases. She took the untested drug and has regretted it ever since. 

As Lillian she is kind, humble, strong, and slightly self conscious. As Nioprocs she is a rage filled monster that eats metal. Too bad the metal that tastes best is found in the air reactors holding her dimensions sky city in the air.
