Sandman aka Flint Marco. An escaped prisoner who was caught in a nuclear bomb testing field. Ducking into the sand he arose to find the radiation had bonded his cell with that of the very sand he used to protect himself. So, criminal plus sand equals one tough baddie to punch. Flint is very powerful if only he knew what kind of power he had. He is definitely not the brightest guy around but he knows street smarts and understands the need to put down an enemy quickly and with excessive force.
He needs a voice, I bet you have a good one in mind. Cheers!
