Doctor Octopus 2099, one of the original antagonists of the game. She is cunning, intelligent, prideful, and has an odd "better than you" sense of humor. She is power-hungry (as any villain), but more in the intellectual areas of power. She will either go to two extremes; she will either go crazy and try to go beyond the limits of power she can control - or - she will retreat to re-plan for the next big experiment.
She is one of the more prominent appearances of the original villain cast, and plays a crucial role in the story.
