Miles Anderson is the Landlord of the apartment Philip lives in, as well as being a good friend of his. He's incredibly comedic, extroverted, and friendly to those close to him. I am seeking a VA who has perfect comedic timing and delivery. Not too worried about what his voice should be like. I am open to anything.

  • (Introducing) "I'm Miles, I own the place. Uh, so... Something goin' on like a leak...roach problem...stench?"

  • (Calling out) "Hey, Philip! Don't forget that rent is due Friday! ...I SAID RENT IS DUE FRIDA- damn dude can you not hear?"

  • (Jokingly) "Look at you, Philip! Finally grew a pair of balls and brought a girl home. Hey, hey! I'm kidding. Totally kidding. Hahaha."
