Patamon is the playful Digimon partner of Takeru. He has a sensitive, sometimes childish personality but as Angemon and his later forms, he is mature, brave, righteous and is very protective to both Takeru and Hikari when both of them are in danger. At his base form, Patamon is weak but his Adult and Perfect forms are immensely powerful for their respective level, especially against evil Digimon such as Devimon and Piemon.
