Reeve is a relaxed, firm, reasonably mature, and friendly Spartan. He can be a bit cocky at times, thinking he's the best of the best. His cocky attitude at times gets the better of him or when he cracks under pressure causing him to slip up. Reeve tends to beat himself up for it, wanting to be good an excellent Spartan.  Reeve used to try to prove it by trying to make it to the top of the leaderboards when they used to train with Mendez. He doesn't take defeat very well at times when others out best him. Reeve is friends with most Spartans, though he’s closer friends with his fellow teammates on Orange Team than the other Spartan IIs. Overall, Reeve is a skilled soldier, always just going with the flow.  He often serves as Jack's right-hand man, consulting with him on strategies and how to handle any situation their team comes across. Reeve often displays a brazen attitude and a strong sense of humor, making cheeky comments and lightening the mood when things get tense even though his jokes are bad. Most people can get along with him, but he can sometimes prove to be irritating but still loved by them.  His marksmanship has proven to be one of the Spartans' best, rivaling Linda and Lacey's skills with the snipe rifle. If you require an overwatch, Reeve is the guy to go to on Orange Team.
