Greg is a young, jerky teen. The actor should be able sound like a jerk but still be able to get the audience to root for him.

  • Let me get something straight: this is a JOURNAL not a diary. This was mom's idea, not mine. But if she thinks I'm going to write down my 'feelings' in here or whatever, she's crazy.

  • Well, if one good thing came out of the play, it's that I don't have to worry about the 'Bubby' nickname anymore.

  • Just don't expect me to be all 'Dear Diary' this and 'Dear Diary' that.
