The Previously Narrator recaps what has occurred in the previous chapters of the narrative.  He is formal and thoughtful but adds some spice and color to his accounts of the story.  I'm wanting a natural British accent then for the vocalist to add some flare/impersonations of the Sonic characters within his readings.
