The "Lost Mentor" of HELIOS. He returned as a mentor for West Sector's 13th class.
He was Brad and Keith's cheerful and friendly classmate from their Academy days who acted as a mediator for the two who weren't on the best of terms. Both Brad and Keith are counting on him to rebuild the dysfunctional West Sector.
As a mentor, he's quite supportive of his teammates and cares about their well-being. He wants to prove himself as a trustworthy and capable ally, since not everyone has accepted his sudden return.
His favourite food is pizza, and his favourite phrase is "Love and Peace".

Dino’s voice is loud-spoken with a slight rasp. He has two variances in his voice. The first one, when speaking normally, is a mature, yet cheerful and warm tone. The second one, when raising his voice, is a more energetic, upbeat, and slightly more nasal tone. When shouting in battle, he sounds fired up and confident with a somewhat raspy tone.

The key here is balancing his energy to his age and role as a mentor. Although he looks and acts younger than he actually is, he shouldn't sound like a teenager.
