    Well... I've made this in Audacity (I was using there my custom presets). I use there Paulstretch, Reverb, Echo, Pitch Change and Filter Curve AND I use there VST plugins Fracture (for editing voice is quite good) and Grailon 2 (and yes he's quite good too) + Limiter (I think it's one of Nyquist Plugins)
