Cedric is the right hand man of Phobos, and acts as the head of his armies. He posed as a human bookseller named Cedric Hoffman to gain Elyon Brown's trust and help lure her to Meridian so that Phobos could steal her powers. He was entrusted with the task of finding Phobos’ lost sister, Elyon. To this end, Cedric opened "Ye Olde Book Shop" on Earth and adopted a false human identity named Cedric Hoffman.

(He is not purely evil.)

  • I'll take care of her Vathek! You focus on the redhead. You know what to do...

  • You are mistaken, Vathek. The party has not yet begun!
