Dragon Quest Epics Fan ORPG (Testing)

We figured having another writer or so wouldn't hurt, as it would give some emphasis on sidequests or those that aren't reliant upon the main quest paths, although may be "spinoffs" of them.
It would be wise to know the source material, so we're looking for an Abel Yuusha fan or even a Dragon Quest fan in general.
Like the artist roles, this role is planned unpaid, although payment may be awarded in the future. We're looking more towards a fan who is passionate about the subject matter, that we can perhaps recruit full time into commercial works after this project is more developed out.
Say something you think would fit
Dragon Quest isn't particularly violent, no. It's a fantasy adventure anime and has about as much violence as say, the later Zelda games or something. It's originally a jRPG series. You can view the episodes on YouTube.
