A negligent mentor who has zero willingness to guide his rookies into the right path.
He's one of the strongest even though his sloppy mannerisms and lifestyle and frequent hangovers (even at work) don't show it all.
He'd often get scolded by Brad, a classmate from the Academy, and he'd push it off to the side as if it's nothing.
He can't live without alcohol and cigarettes, so he'd spend his off-time drinking until the sun rises.

Keith has a raspy voice. When normally speaking, he sounds monotone, tired, and unmotivated. When he’s feeling hungover or is being scolded at, his voice sounds slightly guttural. He’s the type who would complain and is reluctant to change his ways.
When he says something that is meant to be praise, he “raises his voice” as if pretending to be motivated, but is instead bored and sarcastic about it, almost as if he’s mocking a Hero’s duties.
When he's actually fired up, he can sound pretty confident and cocky.
