Poe is the slinky, moody goth boy of Blush Blush. He's a poetic, pensive, slightly depressive boy, who gets a schadenfreude kick out of the small injustices of life. He's also an English Major, so you know he's a handful. Poe is not written in a strictly "woe is me" affect - he's actually a little bit snarky and enjoys commiserating. He's also slightly on the effeminate side, being skinny and an outcast making him a bit open to love and heart break wherever he might find it. 

Poe also has a rakish charm, where he pretends to be overly opinionated or unimpressed with something, but is mostly making conversation. He's a devil's advocate, and will veer suddenly into the silly or inappropriate just to catch someone off guard. Imagine a Loki-like figure, but without powers or popularity. This odd concoction of character dynamics works well because, no matter what happens, Poe can slip into a more poetic nihilism at any point and say, "Meh! Doesn't matter anyway." 

He can have either a North American or British accent for his performance.
