Cheeky little Cyndaquil, the leader of the Johto Starters absolutely LOVES to tell ghost stories, but to take his love for scary things even further... He even believes that if he goes out into the woods searching for a ghost to catch, that one might show up and grant him wishes! Chikorita and Totodile usually join Cyndaquil on his "ghostie" search, but they aren't as excited as Cyndaquil is.
In the original Webcomic made by NekoAma herself, Cyndaquil has a visible front tooth hanging from the top of his mouth. So I'm looking for a high pitched kid's voice for Cyndaquil with a speech impediment lisp, pronouncing all his 's' sounds with the 'sh' sound instead. Sorta like Nerd speech!
