    Your too kind! The effects I used was the echo effect set to 0.01 and 0.6, I copy pasted it so that there were two total tracks and lowered the pitch of one by 0.3, and I used a plug in called Time Machine for the staticy parts. The rest was just a bunch of copy pasting, rapid pitch changing, and using the sliding stretch. Hope this helps!
