Chiyo is a stoic girl, always questioning the nature of things. She finds it inconveniencing to show exaggerated amounts of emotion. However she cannot help be somewhat softer around Elena. Even so she is still revered by her schoolmates for being extremely intelligent and a good leader. These traits are what won her the election for Student Council President. Aside from this, she suffers from frequent amnesia often losing track of certain parts of her day. This has caused her to become somewhat paranoid about the time intervals she can’t keep track of.
