You’re a member of the miners in Salt Town… In fact, one could even say you live the best life out of them all. You oversee their work and command the guard staff. One might even call you the Foreman’s pet. A cushy position like that though… Well, let’s just say it doesn’t breed a persona that’s confident when someone they lack power over tries to start a fight.

As a ghoul, you should have a rasp like Gob in Fallout 3 as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ih7LuhAU7k. If you do not have a ghoul rasp for your audition, your audition will be disqualified.

Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line.

For the first audition line, your nerves are shot and your hand is on your gun at all times. Almost everyone in the mine probably either hates you or wants you dead. You aren't taking any chances.

For the second audition line, you're being called out by the courier for being an ineffective overseer. While it is true you ascended the ranks through a violent coup, you aren't going to allow some no lifes to tell you what to think. You desperately try to ensure the others don't hear the shakiness in your voice.

  • Don't touch anything, don't talk to anyone who isn't me, and you can stay. Understand?

  • Y-you're wrong. I made something of myself. I b-built myself up from nothing. I'm better than these shit eating miners!

Great work! Could you provide your audio set up please?

For this recording I was using a Blue Yeti with a pop filter. I have a Shure SM58 and audio interface but I find that it's better for music and can make voice recordings sound really dull.
