They are more of a neutral character in this interpretation; not cruel, but not an exceptional person.
They don't remember much of their life initially and, throughout the show, must connect the pieces to find out how to free the benevolent Monsters from the Underground world they have been banished to.

Well… yes, used to. The thing is… I died. And I seem to be back again, though I don’t understand why... I suddenly woke up to see you, fallen on the flowers, just like me when I fell into the Underground.

You’re a human, right? Humans are very peculiar creatures: their soul holds more magical energy than they know what to do with. You mustn’t have heard… Humans forgot about their magical gift long ago, and I just have a feeling that it was the magic from your soul that brought me back.

the delivery sounds a tad too uncertain for them, but the voice itself works very very well! How are you able to have your voice sound like such a wide range of ages?!
Haha I just looked at the character and the voice came out. I'm glad you are happy with the voice. But yes I agree, there needs to be more certainty with this one.
i already cast you for Toriel, but... your Chara voice is just so good, i don't know if i should cast you for them, too. I'll have to hold this one off for a while...
