Flowey the Flower: the show's villain. A devilish little buttercup, toxic in more ways than one. His goal is to steal the protagonist's soul and use it to take over the Underground. He possesses a squeaky and/or high voice, but is capable of easily bursting into maniacal laughter and snapping to a guttural, menacing tone almost instantly.
