She remembers having met Kouichi Sakakibara somewhere previously, but cannot remember where or in what context.

Hello voicemish, Great work but the last two lines sound agitated than a betrayal; especially the second line. That is when Izumi is having her mental break down and is basically crying over the fact that she has to kill to save someone she cares about. It hurts her to say this as she sees herself as a leader, so really go out with that emotion. Other than that, minus some of the compression issues, it was really good!
