Rango is the lanky member of Da Broodals. He was contracted by Bowser to plan the wedding and to destroy anyone meddling with the wedding plans. You need to be able to voice act comfortably for a few hours. You'll be done with your lines in one session due to Rango having little amount of lines.
[Speaking voice]: Spewart, Topper, Hariet, let me introduce you to my new top-hat. It's got a hidden flower underneath so it can be used as a bouncy pad. Oh, and don't mind the spikes.
[Whispering]: Do you know where I can find my top hat, Hariet? Spewart seems to have lost it again! This is the last time I'll let him borrow anything from me.
