Being one of the Chaotix, he's a ninja with a realist personality, he's calm and relatively neutral unless something deeply bothers him.

I imagine his voice being a bit deep but not so deep that you can barely hear him, he is somewhat quiet but not whispery. I'm always open to hearing a VAs take/spin on the character so keep that in mind!
