Steve Eggman is Dr. Eggman's evil shape-shifting robot brother from another dimension.  He and Eggman team up to take the heroes down for ruining Eggman's reputation.  He can be pretty efficient once he's morphed into another person, hence he prefers to be called, "Morpho."  He speaks with a Californian surfer-dude accent.
