Eugenius is a money-obssesed, sailor-like character. Owner of the "Kanker Krustatus" (known in the English version as the "Krusty Krab"), he often gives orders and manages business. Although he places an extremely high importance on money and his employees often suffer due to this, he makes it clear that the most important part of the Kanker Krustatus is his "loyal crew." A retired pirate and member of the navy, Eugenius has a somewhat rough, gruff speaking voice, although this sometimes disappears when in an extreme emotional state. The voice actor does not need to emulate his voice exactly, but should have a low pitched, somewhat gruff voice that's malleable, and be able to sound assertive, as well as be able to take angry and surprised reactions to the extreme.
