Dr. Eggman is very proud of himself for annihilating one of the good guys for once! With this new success story to parade before the villain-community, his ego has out-ranked that of Sonic the Hedgehog. He speaks confidently and comedically, making tasteless hilarity out of what is for others, an absolute devastation. He's finally proven that he is in fact, truly evil, in spite of his reputation for being a toned-down version of his Modern World counterpart.
