AC for Tiaru Todoroki
Tiaru Todorki is the AcTuAl youngest of the Todoroki's, her dad decided if shoto became a failure, he would have a back up, which happened to be Tiaru. Tiaru is a very trickster type, she's always doing something dumb and trying to make everyone around her laugh! She's also described as "memey" since she is ridiculously amazing with memes (meme queen) Tiaru wants to go to U.A but she is one year younger then how old you have to be to get into U.A, and so you maybe wondering "HOW THE HELL IS SHE ALLOWED IN THE DORMS THEN?!" Well her father, decided he would enter her at a young age, but since she was only 14, she had to wait another year untill she could go to the exams and get in. Tiaru stands at 5'1. Her quirk is Steam, she munipulates steam at any given temapture she wants.
