Marun is a dragon that protects the Electricity Orb, he spends most of his time away from the shrine making inventions. The power he has is extremely strong: he can send out storm clouds, either from his mouth or skin. These storm clouds are twice as dense and produce twice as much static energy, causing lighting. The drawback of this power is that over time it has made him legally blind. Despite this, he uses this smoke to feel his surroundings in battle and everyday life. Marun is a mechanical genius who makes gadgets for the main characters, these include communication and tracking devices. He becomes good friends with Ryuji and the other dragon tamers.

This is what I call a "Resonance Earpiece". It lets you communicate with others who are nearby. I've only tested it indoors where it works from up to fifty feet, but outside the signals might be able to spread an entire kingdom in diameter!

You've probably already figured out that I'm not entirely blind. I use the smoke that comes from my body to sense any abnormalities in my surroundings. That's why I'm able to build tiny circuits and make machines. My smoke is more precise then your eyes will ever be!
