Ren isn't like a one year old baby more like perhaps 2 or 3 years of age maybe. The little guy lost his mother when he was still inside of her, spent most of his life in an incubator. Amy takes care of him and wishes she was his mother.

He's very spoiled in a good sense and very loved by Amy.
