He is the second son of the Schneiver Company. He was bullied for being a merchant's son by nobles, but didn't have the hear to tell his dad what has been happening. He resented nobles until Isabella came into his life. (no accent required)

He has an exterior of a very lax, carefree, and cheeky 6 year old, but does have moments of maturity that's on par to his partner, Isabella. 

I imagine his voice not being too deep since he is only 6 years old, but at least indistinguishably male. He has a sort of innocence to his voice, but he is very mature.  (if you can, please send in your recording of Adult Ursch too)
