Peril’s father, born as a RainWing but uses pieces of an enchanted scroll to make himself look like other tribes. Each of his forms has a slightly different voice, so whoever plays Chameleon should be able to juggle multiple voice types. The voices are as follows:
Chameleon (RainWing): medium pitched, slightly raspy and a bit nasal
Cirrus (IceWing): slightly higher than Chameleon, lose the raspiness, preferably with an accent of some kind, but not required
Soar (SkyWing): slightly lower than Chameleon, lose the raspiness
Shapeshifter (NightWing): Soar, but lower

(As Chameleon, frustrated) "Chameleon. Some dragons might say that was a cruel irony, while others, for instance an entire tribe of RainWings, might laugh and laugh for days once everyone realizes that the dragon named "Chameleon" is the only one in the rainforest who can't change his scales."
(As Cirrus, confused) “Kestrel of the SkyWings?” […] “Big, red, grumpy-looking?”
(As Soar, frustrated) "Wait. No, no, no. Not SORE. SOAR, S-O-A-R, like flying high over the kingdom. Oh, good grief. Have other dragons been thinking my name is Sore all these years?"
(As Shapeshifter, angry) "But it’s mine. [...] I found it. I get to keep it. Why should you have it? What makes you all any better than me?”
