Jack Rabbit leads a band of rebels called the Sand Blasters out in the Mobius desert, the group living in a force field protected town called Sand Blast City. He is a Freedom Fighter that has turned into a renegade. He and his gang imprisoned Stripes after Stripes escape the Dark Egg Legion, destroying the information Stripes had secretly been gathering in the midst of a fight.

Jack appears to have a Southern/Texan accent.
