- Richard Stroker is a member of the Blue Cross Missionary Clinic, a clinic meant to shelter the homeless residents of North Vegas Square.
- He's around 28-35 years old.
- He should have a North American Accent. No exceptions.
- He has a baritone voice.
-  For the first three lines, he should sound proper - like someone you would trust to take care of you. However, for the rest of the lines, he should sound alert, like a soldier.
