Minater Ballora is a slightly broken and worn down iteration of Ballora. She seems lost and afraid when speaks, often seeming confusing and disconcerted. She speaks in trembling/anxious tone, with an almost ghostly echo and reverb, but you can make out what she's saying relatively cleary. Her voice doesn't glitch like the others.
