Fallout: The Frontier Master Casting Call (Fallout New Vegas DLC Sized Mod)
lex09 for America
America - youngest member of the Crusaders, a former member of the Midwestern BOS, and a companion that the courier can enlist if he/she is in good terms with the Crusaders. In particular, she regards the Crusaders as her family, with Mollie being whom she has a very close, sisterly bond with. While she can be high spirited, saucy, expressive, and curious, she is also a bit emotionally fragile and unsure of her place in the world, especially about whether there are people that truly accept her as one of their own.
Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line.
For the first audition line, you and the courier have just captured a person who may have been out to kill Mollie, whom you practically consider as your sister. Of course, this is deeply upsetting as she is the world to you. All you want to do now is kill this monster you have before you so that those that you hold dear are protected.
For the second audition line, you're trying to sound as intimidating/tough, loud/confident, and cool/suave as possible. However, you soon realize that you don't quite genuinely sound badass, but rather sound like you're from a generic B-movie.
For the third audition line, you are calmly and happily telling the courier about your close relationships with several of the key members of the Crusaders. You also are confident that all of those you mentioned, deeply care about yourself as well. You feel you have the perfect family and want to be in such a loving environment forever.
Yes, they kidnapped her, tortured her because she was from a vault! That bitch might have come here to find Mollie to tie up loose ends.
Badass teenager mode activated! Going in Guns Blazing! Hmmm... Gotta work on my one-liners.
Mollie is my big sister, Weaver is the Mom, Clements is the dad and Charlene is the aunt nobody really likes but we still invite to Christmas dinner.
Audio quality has a bit of a tinny quality to it.
I just got into this. Been wanting to all my life just got the courage to go for it. So as of now im using my Microsoft surface pro 7 to record. If people like my voice then I'll think to invest in better equipment slowly but surely. But I'm not going to throw away hundreds of dollars or even 40 bucks for a regular usb mic if I don't even have a chance in the industry
It's awesome that you're deciding to give it a shot! Just make sure you're auditioning for casting calls where your audio quality meets the requirements. Unfortunately, if you take a look over at our explanation paragraph, your audio quality doesn't meet what we are asking for. For future reference, please do your best to audition only for casting calls where you meet the requirements. Also, for most quality projects, they will be looking for audio quality. If you are looking to get into projects, it's not just a matter of skill but also a matter of gear. I don't believe you're looking in the right field if you're not willing to even make an investment for a Blue Yeti.
What will be a good quality mic then for my laptop Microsoft surface pro 7? Because apparently I'm not hearing what you guys here because on my end it sounds clean.? Just asking if you dont mind giving me the advice on a product.
It comes with experience after you've heard enough audio in audio editing software and live directing multiple voice actors. Here's a guide I'd recommend following; it should give you the basics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sjZJ9i_mH0&
