Alrighty so Ozy the main bad guy in Watchmen who tricked the world into peace, he’s a master at manipulating people for his own ideas, smart, arrogant, cunning and relentless here he’s still trying to save his world by trying to get Dr. Manhattan to go back but he will stop at nothing to make that happen. So what I’m looking for here is a voice with presence but at the same time one that is comforting like Matthew Goode’s in the 2009 movie, you can also experiment with it and see what you come up with since that is always fun.
“Finding God”. That’s what Rorschach calls it. I assume you’re aware of what I did...It took a lifetime to conceive and orchestrate. For a moment...there was hope. But even the greatest of empires decays. The very name I took is a testament to that.
