Charlie the grim reaper is well odviously the grim reaper. he makes a deal with marc the main character to get a girl in his class to like him because Charlie himself is bored of constantly killing people and making plauges and fights to entertain himself. Charlie is a MAJOR ASSHOLE to people if you tripped in front of him he would either stand over you and laugh or push you back down the moment you start to get up. In my mind i imagine charlie's voice would sound like a real asshole/douchebag type voice close to the voice of Lyle mcdouchebag from the youtube show "sanity not included" or possibly kinda like RIck from "rick and morty"
