This is a minor character that is seen in the very beginning of the Pilot Episode. He is a shopkeeper who has been stolen from and is on the chase to apprehend Kaito as well as retrieve what was stolen from him.
Voice Preference: I would prefer his voice be average to low for a middle-aged man. A pretty average sound to his voice; not masculine but definitely not feminine. Work your magic and do what you believe is right for this character.
[Angry] "Hey, get back here! Somebody stop that thief!"
*Kaito uses one of his abilities to propel one of the consumable items at the shopkeeper but misses*
[Angry] "Hey! Cut that out! Do you know how much those cost?! Get back here, you little twerp!"
