Nelson Baker is a former scavenger who is now on the run. He killed a shop keeper in the settlement of Four Wards (in the heart of the Charlotte ruins) and now Carolina Wasteland Radio's "Mercenary Radio" program has highlighted his crime and broadcast the settlement's bounty on his head across the area. Last report of his movements saw him headed toward the settlement of Rocky Hill. Now mercenaries of all kinds are looking for him- looking to collect on the bounty.
Baker however isn't running from his crime, but rather a more terrifying secret he discovered and is absolutely desperate to put as much distance between himself and North Carolina as possible.
Baker should sound nervous, scared/anxious, and loud at all times as he's absolutely terrified of events that have transpired over the past few days.
Role has 22 lines.

(Terrified scream as Megafist breaks through the wall behind him and then grunts in pain as he's slammed to the ground)
(Tied up- terrified yelling)
“Listen to me: they're going to kill everyone! It's only a matter of time! All I did was slow them down, but they’ll figure it out eventually, with or without the tech I stole! You understand now? I have to get that thing as far away from here as possible- and I doubt that’ll stop ‘em forever. Carolina’s a lost cause, man! Abandon ship! Get the fuck out!”We have to d-frmermfff!” (He is unceremoniously gagged and proceeds to scream incomprehensible muffled screams)
