He commanded the South Korean navy during Operation: Home Front to destroy the Soviet home defense at Vladivostok, which eventually failed. He was mentioned in Operation: Sub Divide that he attempted the help the Allies in Hawaii by sending in a large Korean fleet consisting of Destroyers, Aegis Cruisers and Aircraft Carriers which were all sunk by the Soviet Commander.
