A good friend to Orion Pax and Ratchet during the pre-war days, he was a cop who helped Pax wherever he needed it. Being a Point One Percentor, he has incredible strength in the battlefield and is genuienly friendly when off duty as he's mostly seen lounging around the T.V. However, he has a tendency to compare himself to others and as a result, sparks some insecurities from within.
